Principal Bio's:

Brian Smith has been involved in machine parts manufacturing since 1967. On top of his technical competence he has directly managed HTMS as the President of the Corporation since its inception in 1985. Prior to founding HTMS he worked for Columbia Machine, Inc. where he first developed his machining skills and began his business management training. Over the years Brian has been actively involved in the local community in promoting the trade by serving on the Clark County Advisory Committee, by supporting Junior Achievement, and by participating on the Washington State Apprenticeship Council.

David Kimmitt co-founded HTMS with Brian and has 30+ years of manufacturing experience. In addition to machining parts in the early days David has helped shape HTMS current capabilities and spent a number of years directly managing the production staff. More recently he has been responsible for leading the acquisition of new manufacturing capacity & technology, managing production planning, and overseeing production.
