HP Model Shop
When the model shop at HP is inundated with a high demand for machine parts, they come to High Tech Manufacturing. Electronic drawings are transferred via an FTP web site directly to High Tech Manufacturing. The High Tech Manufacturing team immediately verifies if they can meet requirements in the specified timeline. Once confirmed, the High Tech Manufacturing on-demand project management engineers go to work by importing IGS files into CAD/CAM software. Within hours, a CNC work center is being setup to run the parts. With careful attention to detail HP’s quick turnaround, parts will be completed, inspected, and couriered to them the next day.
Converting Storeroom
High Tech Manufacturing partners with industrial customers who have a strong need for replacement parts and who are frustrated with OEM sources. High Tech Manufacturing has supplied Converting Storeroom with affordable replacement machine and specialty parts for 10 years and enabled the successful startup of their business. Our alternate sourcing model has helped Converting Storeroom significantly reduce cost and lead times and we jointly develop inventory management strategies to proactively manage costs from year to year.
Semiconductor OEM
High Tech Manufacturing has provided outsourced manufacturing services to Sekidenko for many years and has developed from a supplier who originally source only R&D parts to a full service supplier able to support follow on manufacturing of production parts as well. There is an efficiency gained when High Tech Manufacturing is able to develop a new manufacturing process during R&D manufacturing that can then be refined, improved, and repeated to produce the follow-on production of the parts produced during an R&D phase.
